2. Products & pricing
We make every effort to display product details, colours, and prices accurately. Slight variations in colour may occur due to your display. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices or availability at any time without notice.
3. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our confirmation. We may cancel or decline an order at our discretion — for example, due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors — in which case any amount paid will be refunded.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, PhonePe, supporting UPI, cards, and net banking. We do not store your full card or banking details. Your order is marked paid only after payment is verified by the gateway.

6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Best Budz name, logo, product designs, images, and text — is our property or used with permission and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our written consent.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Accounts and orders created fraudulently may be suspended or cancelled.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Best Budz shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
